New College Orientation is your introduction to life at U of T, designed to help you settle in, meet people, and feel at home from the start. This year, we’re welcoming you to Newphoria — New College Orientation 2026!
Orientation 2026 will run from Monday, August 31st to Friday, September 4th 2026
What to expect:
Campus exploration: get familiar with New College, UofT, and the spaces you’ll be using every day
Community building: meet other incoming students, connect with upper-years, and start forming your circle
Social events: a mix of a variety of daytime and evening events
Resource sessions: learn about academic supports, student life, and everything available to help you succeed
City experiences: discover Toronto and what’s around your new home
